RFQ #13240303 REQUEST FOR QUOTES FOR LEASED OFFICE SPACE FOR WORKFORCE CENTER IN MARLIN, TEXAS
The Heart of Texas Workforce Development Board, Inc., (the Board), dba Workforce Solutions for the Heart of Texas is soliciting quotes for the lease of office space within the city limits of Marlin, Texas. The leased space will be the location of Workforce Solutions for the Heart of Texas One-Stop Workforce Center in Marlin.
RFQ Due Date/Time: Interested entities must respond by Wednesday, September 11, 1 PM (CST). All responses must be received by that date and time to be considered. No exceptions will be made. Interested entities must complete and submit the application located below. The Heart of Texas Workforce Development Board, Inc., dba Workforce Solutions for the Heart of Texas is soliciting quotes for the development, design, and construction of a data dashboard to be displayed on the Board’s website.
RFQ Due Date/Time: Interested entities must respond by Thursday, October 3, 2024, 1 PM (CST). All responses must be received by that date and time to be considered. No exceptions will be made. Interested entities must complete and submit the application located below.

Support of External Grants
The below information is specific to organizations that are applying for external funding (non-Workforce Solutions funding) and need a letter of support from the Board to complete their grant applications. If you are an individual seeking Workforce Solutions financial assistance for education and training, child care, or additional assistance, please visit our Financial Assistance page for more information.
Workforce Solutions is happy to support proposals for grants for external funding when these proposals are consistent with the Board’s mission. In all cases, the Board staff will make every effort to provide letters of support for these proposals. However, to best ensure that a letter can be generated in a timely fashion, the Board requests the following Letter of Request Form be completed and emailed back to Eunice Fernandez.
In some cases, such as grant opportunities that specifically require an endorsement from the Board, Board staff may need additional time to prepare letters. For that reason, please notify Board staff as soon as possible of your intention to apply.
