The Heart of Texas Workforce Development Board, Inc. (Board) hereby provides notice of the availability of the draft Two-Year Board Plan Modification for Program Years 2021-2024. The Board is responsible for the planning, oversight, and implementation of federally funded workforce development programs throughout the region which includes the counties of Bosque, Falls, Freestone, Hill, Limestone, and McLennan.
