The Heart of Texas Workforce Development Board, Inc. Draft Board Plan for Program Years 2025-2028

The Heart of Texas Workforce Development Board, Inc. (Board) hereby provides notice of the availability of the Draft Board Plan for Program Years 2025-2028. The Board is responsible for the planning, oversight, and implementation of federally funded workforce development programs throughout the region which includes the counties of Bosque, Falls, Freestone, Hill, Limestone, and McLennan. The final plan will be submitted to the Texas Workforce Commission by March 25, 2025.

The draft Board Plan for Program Years 2025-2028 is made available beginning Thursday, December 26, 2024. To view the draft board plan, click here.

Interested parties may obtain a copy of the draft board plan by emailing Anastasia Reyes or calling her at (254) 296-5393 Monday through Friday between 8 am and 5 pm.

Comments regarding the plan may be submitted in writing to the address below, faxed to (254) 753-3173, or sent via e-mail to Eunice Fernandez no later than 5 pm on Thursday, January 9, 2025. All comments will be addressed in the final plan submitted to the Texas Workforce Commission.
